At ALWAYZ, we aim for a smooth shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and exchange terms carefully.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
To cancel, email info@alwayzclothing.com with your Order ID as early as possible.

2. Returns Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds.
Only exchanges are allowed, subject to conditions below.

3. Exchange Policy (Only Option Available)

Exchanges are accepted only if:

The product is unused
In original packaging
With all original tags attached
Request is raised within the exchange window mentioned below

🔴 Products without original tags will not be eligible for exchange under any circumstance.

4. Exchange Request Timeline

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery by emailing info@alwayzclothing.com with Order ID and issue details.
Exchange is subject to availability and inspection.

5. Exchange Shipping Charges

First-time order shipping is free (delivery to customer).
For exchanges, shipping charges (pickup + re-shipping) will be borne by the customer.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship across serviceable pin codes within India.
International shipping is not available currently.

2. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on first delivery for all orders.
Exchange shipping charges (if applicable) are paid by the customer.

3. Delivery Timeline

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days of confirmation.
Delivery typically takes 8–10 working days once shipped.
Delays may occur during high-demand periods or unforeseen events.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with reliable courier partners. Please ensure your address and contact details are correct to avoid delivery issues.

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

If delivery is delayed due to external reasons (weather, courier disruptions, etc.), we’ll keep you updated. If courier marks “undelivered”, we will assist with resolution as per the courier’s process.
